Firm Administrator
Duties: Assist with office operations including development and implementation of office policies and procedures, purchasing, vendor management Communicate with partners and junior staff members to coordinate workflow Monitor and update project lists to ensure due date compliance Assemble client deliverables, both in hard copy and electronically Monitor and maintain office supply inventories Cover front desk and phone services in collaboration with other administrative staff Assist with company financial operations and budgeting Assist with human resource functions – dependent on background Assist with office coverage at both the Reno and Incline locations Help with the planning of firm events Skills/Qualifications: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and report to multiple people 3+ years of recent office administration experience. Public accounting firm experience is a plus. Positive attitude/approachable demeanor Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, PDF, and the ability to learn new programs Bookkeeping experience Experience with the following software beneficial but not required (training will be provided):
