Summary: The Controller leads GAAP-compliant finance operations—overseeing accounting, audits, grants, treasury, and internal controls—while supervising payroll/accounting staff and delivering financial insights to leadership.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA or MBA a plus), 5–7+ years of nonprofit finance/accounting experience, supervisory experience, proficiency with nonprofit fund accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, ADP, DonorPerfect), strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on experience managing audits, Form 990, budgets, and grant financials.
