Peer Review Manager

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of three years of accounting or audit experience, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability learn and grow within the program. Peer Review Summary:               Firms and Individuals enrolled in the AICPA Peer Review Program  are required to have a peer review, of their accounting and auditing practice once every three years accounting do the Standards. The peer review is conducted by an independent evaluator, know as a peer reviewer. The ACIPA oversees the program and peer review is administered by an approved entity (NVCPA). Job Specifics:               Daily administration of the peer review program using industry software               Work directly with CPA firms, peer reviewers, technical reviewers, committee members and CPA on Staff to meet all deadlines and benchmarks.               Must be able to work individually  to keep on track with all duties.               Daily written and verbal communication between all parties involved in the program.               Microsoft Office Suite is utilized for email, word process, and spreadsheets related to the program. Salary is $70,000-$75,000. We provide a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability. We provide a 10% SEP contribution, PTO, and 12 paid holidays.
