Speaker Bio:

Jia Wu is the Managing Partner of Monument Valuations and has more than a decade of experience in business and intangible asset valuation. She specializes in valuations for financial reporting, tax, transactions, and litigation, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment, and intellectual property. Before founding Monument Valuations in 2023, Jia held valuation roles at John Staurulakis, Inc. (JSI), Marshall & Stevens, SingerLewak, and Globalview Advisors. She serves as Business Valuation Chair of the American Society of Appraisers' Northern California Chapter and holds the ASA and ABV credentials.
