SMALL TAX PRACTICE FOR SALE

Time to retire.  Seasoned tax/consulting practice.  75% of clients mail/email in their tax stuff.  Been using $400 as my consulting fee, but basically value bill everything.  Great clients, easy to work with.  No audits/reviews/compilations.  Real Estate background important.  No bookkeeping, outside bookkeeper handles all that.  Using ProSystemfx.  Consulting/audit work billed as additions, not included in annual tax fee.  Minimum tax return fee - $600-750. 700 sq foot office space (with personal bathroom), furniture, printers, etc also available. Great addition to a small single CPA or 2-3 partner practice.  Or a great base for someone ready to go out on their own.  Not going anywhere so available for transition, questions, consultations, etc.
