- How to identify and understand the preferred, natural, “default” communication styles of others
- How to situationally adapt your approach to increase effectiveness, connection, and understanding
- How to recognize when your personal communication style is beginning to “break down” – and what you can do to get yourself – and your communication – back on track

Tonya Twitchell is a renowned keynote speaker, consultant, trainer, and executive coach with over two decades of experience championing teams and individuals to become effective, engaged, and fulfilled leaders (and humans) in their lives.
