Topic: S Corporation Officer Compensation: how much is enough and how IRS conducts reasonable compensation employment tax examinations.
In the discussion there will be examples of employment tax examinations in corporate officers, large and small S Corporations. Also, the methods by which IRS will determine reasonable compensation and the interplay of employment tax exams and income tax exams.

Suzanne practices exclusively in the field of tax controversy. She worked for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel as a trial attorney in the Last Vegas office before joining Silver Law, a Phoenix based tax controversy firm. Suzanne now manages Silver Law’s Las Vegas office. Suzanne clerked for Federal District Court judge Thomas Whelan while attending the University of San Diego School of Law, and graduated magna cum laude in 2004.
