A primary focus when dealing with Emerging Leaders is helping them to understand the difference in being a leader of others vs. being a top producer. Like in sports, just because you area good player does not mean you will be a good coach – it’s a different mindset. The starting point with being a strong leader is understanding how to be a good teammate and why teams work/ why they do not. That is the focus of this experience.

It uses teachings from sports – stressing “the power of team” and the role of “coaching” and “teammates” – to help business leaders create positive and successful environments that bring out the very best in people.
