DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nSpeaker Bios:\n  \nAs Vice President\; Relationship Manager for Meadows Financial\, Chris McQuattie is responsible for assisting in achieving the bank’s overall growth and development objectives in the Northern Nevada market. Along with business development activities\, he also provides operations support to the bank branch. Chris has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years\, beginning as a teller while attending the University of Nevada. He has worked in every branch position including personal banker\, assistant manager\, and branch manager. Prior to joining Meadows Financial in 2017\, Chris pivoted to business banking and lending. In addition to his banking duties\, Chris serves on non-profit boards for Northern Nevada Legal Aid and the Nevada Area Council of Scouts BSA. Outside of the bank\, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and playing the drums. \n  \nJoe Verandes is a Business Banking Relationship Manager with U.S. Bank\, serving businesses throughout Northern Nevada. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial banking\, commercial real estate finance\, and business advisory services\, he specializes in commercial lending\, SBA financing\, treasury management\, equipment finance\, and strategic business planning. Throughout his career\, Joe has held leadership roles with U.S. Bank\, Banner Bank\, First Bank\, American River Bank\, and Wells Fargo. He is passionate about helping business owners manage risk\, prevent fraud\, and make informed financial decisions. Joe is also an active community leader and volunteer\, supporting organizations throughout Northern Nevada\n
