1. Prepay for the luncheons to be held in 2011 -2012.. This offer is only good for members. The cost for all 8 luncheons will be $200 (instead of the rate of $30 ea. or $240 for all eight). You only need to write one check for the year.
Another benefit: Flexibility. If you cannot go, someone else from your firm or another member can go on your behalf. Firms can prepay for as many members as they would like – a big savings. However, please note that no refunds will be issued. You either use it or lose it. (For example, if a firm prepays for 8 member luncheons, all 8 luncheons must be used each month. You cannot defer usage of a luncheon from one month to another or “double-up”.)
2. Call and make your monthly reservations as usual. Even though you are prepaying, we ask that you still make the reservations, in order that we have a good count and to be able to prepare name tags for those who will be attending.
3. Show up at the luncheon. Enjoy the speaker, have a nice lunch and network with other CPAs. You’ll also get CPE credit at the same time.
Student lunches are $15 per lunch. We are encouraging firms to sponsor students at $120 for the year.
