Local Chapters

Chapters are an integral part of the NVCPA and facilitate networking and educational opportunities for members throughout the state. Local chapters provide an excellent opportunity for members to develop leadership skills by taking an active role in both the Society and the profession. The Nevada Society of CPAs is divided into two chapters across the state. NVCPA members automatically become part of one of these chapters, which include:

LAS VEGAS - Serving Clark County

RENO - Serving Washoe County

Members in counties not listed may elect to be a member of either of the chapters.

Chapters sponsor a variety of programs throughout the year including technical update sessions and informative meetings offering CPE credit and social events providing a chance for casual networking with peers.

The chapters are organized by a group of volunteer officers. Members are encouraged to get involved at the chapter level and gain valuable local contacts for business and for your career!

The chapters provide an excellent opportunity for members to become actively involved in the Society through participation in special activities.
