2:30 -3:30 — Paul Cohen is an independent consultant for local, state and national health care related clients that include Workers Compensation Self-Insured Groups, Physician Practices, Ambulatory Surgical Centers, Pharmacy Benefit Management, and Behavioral Health Centers.

Mr. Cohen served in Nevada State Executive positions for three Governors as Chief for the Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Abuse, State Health Administrative Office and Director for the Department of Industrial Relations. As the Director for the Nevada Department of Industrial Relations, in 1990, he developed legislation and implemented the Nevada's Workers Compensation managed fee schedule which is still in place today.

"How Trusts, Estates and Business Entities Have Been Impacted"

 Presented by:
 Christian Gianni, Boyce & Gianni, LLP

 3:30-5:30 — Christian Gianni will discuss new laws from the 2011 legislative session that have affected trusts, estates and businesses as well as the current status of the federal estate tax. Mr. Gianni received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, cum laude and his Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University, cum laude and a Master of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Washington School of Law. Mr. Gianni practices primarily in the areas of trust, estate and business planning, but also represents clients before the Nevada Department of Taxation and the Internal Revenue Service.
