The Las Vegas Chapter of the NSCPA and the Las Vegas Chapter of the IIA invite you to attend a Gaming Seminar presented by Shirley Springer of the Gaming Control Board Audit Division, Craig Dalebout of the Gaming Control Board Technology Division, and Title 31 Training presented by Peggy Jacobs of MGM Grand Las Vegas.

 *To qualify for a student rate the individual must be actively engaged in a degree program at a college or university and not actively working more than 20 hours per week in the internal audit or closely related field.  Please specify you are a student in your RSVP.

Reg Baker, CPA PFS, President
Reg has been a practicing CPA in Nevada and Hawaii for over 20 years. In 2001 he sold his Hawaii based practice (which was Hawaii’s largest business services firm employing over 150 staff, preparing 7,000 tax returns and managing over $60 million is assets) and moved to Nevada. Mr. Baker’s firm continues to provide service to a number of clients in Nevada and Hawaii as well as serve as the VP of Operations and Finance for a very high net worth family. Mr. Baker has extensive industry experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Healthcare and Small Business. Mr. Baker’s wife (who is also an experienced accountant) and three sons have all worked with the firm over the years. Mr. Baker has served as the Chair of the Hawaii Society of CPA’s, Treasurer and Executive Committee member of the Honolulu Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer and Board Member of the Boy’s & Girls Clubs of Hawaii and Southern Nevada and on the Business Council of the Las Vegas Chamber where he chaired the Business Education Committee.
